Project overview
Forms are the legacy method for every financial transaction. More and more transactions are now done in a digital format. But this digitisation has been fragmented, focussing on frequently used transactions. This has left a legacy of hundreds of less-frequent transactions which are still done through forms and PDFs.

User research
More than simply being users or clients, the core group of people who participated in the research became collaborators. They provided the initial insights, tested early ideas, and helped refine the final prototype. Eventually, they became evangelists for a new way of working, powered by the solution they helped create.
